Duties: Responsible for the daily management of Southern Roofing Services and new business contacts in the industrial and commercial sector with the primary emphasis on negotiated work with owners. Completed two three-year terms on the Board of Directors of the Carolina Roofing & Sheet Metal Contractors Association.

Experience: 30+ years in the Commercial and Industrial Roofing Industry.

Deborah C. Bozeman, Secretary/Treasurer

Duties: Responsible for all accounting functions including computerized bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cost accounting. Education: 2004 Graduate of USC Aiken with a BS in Business Management.

Experience: 25+ years in accounting.

Tripp Kimbrell, Senior Project Manager

Duties: Oversees the daily functions of bidding and construction phases with responsibilities for estimating, bidding, contract administration, coordination with owners, architects and general project management. Education: 1990 graduate of The Citadel with a BS in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 14+ years in Commercial and Industrial Construction Project Management.

Francisco Perez, Project Manager/Superintendent

Duties: As Project Manager/General Superintendent his duties include coordination of jobsite duties for all field crews specializing in built-up, metal, modified, and single-ply roofing applications and related sheet metal work.

Experience: 15+ years in Commercial and Industrial Roofing Industry.

Mikey Bozeman, Project Manager

Duties: Responsible for field reviews and AutoCad preparations for estimating coordination. Manages administrative records related to submittals and warranties for commercial and industrial projects. Currently attending Central Carolina Technical College majoring in engineering.

Experience: 3 years in Commercial and Industrial Roofing Industry.

Ronald Sharpe, Field Supervisor

Duties: Direct supervision of industrial and commercial roofing crews specializing in built-up, metal, modified, and single-ply roofing applications and related sheet metal work.

Experience: 25+ years in roofing and sheet metal industry.

Francisco J. Perez, Field Supervisor

Duties: Direct supervision of industrial and commercial roofing crews specializing in built-up, metal, modified, and single-ply roofing applications and related sheet metal work.

Experience: 12+ years in roofing and sheet metal industry.

Santiago Lopez, Field Supervisor

Duties: Direct supervision of industrial and commercial roofing crews specializing in built-up, metal, modified, and single-ply roofing applications and related sheet metal work.

Experience: 12+ years in roofing and sheet metal industry.

Charles Bozeman, Field Superintendent Emeritus

Duties: Primarily fishing and hunting, but occasionally training of new employees and special projects.
